The SD-1350FX is a servo-driven acrylic edge polishing machine built for high-gloss finishing of straight and bevelled edges. A 6000–12000rpm servo-positioned spindle, natural marble machine body and 0–60° bevel capability deliver consistent results across cast acrylic, extruded acrylic, PMMA and PS sheets.

• Servo-driven high-speed spindle: the spindle runs at 6000–12000rpm with servo positioning control, so the polished edge keeps a uniform gloss even at a 2 m/min feed rate.
• No blade adjustment: the tool mounts directly into position with no dial-in step, so a wheel change or a new operator takes minutes instead of a full re-setup shift.
• Natural marble structure: the machine body is cut from natural marble instead of cast iron, which holds rigidity and avoids the deformation that can appear during long polishing runs.
• 0–60° bevel capability: straight edge and bevelled edge profiles run on the same machine, with 0.03mm straight line accuracy over the full 1350mm working length.
• Fast reset at 30 m/min: after each pass the carriage returns at up to 30 m/min, and infinite circular processing allows reworking a part without an idle standby cycle.
• Safety and dust extraction: a safety protection device is fitted as standard, with a φ100mm dust collection port for dry dust extraction.

Suitable for straight edge and bevelled edge polishing of cast acrylic, extruded acrylic, PMMA and PS sheets. The working length can be extended, and voltage and plug type are customized per market. A one-year warranty is provided.
